Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Be a proactive team member of and electrical crew or be a dynamic leader of a jobsite crew
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and government settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams (Lead Electricians)
- Ensure all electrical work meets code requirements and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and implement solutions efficiently
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices (Leads)
- Coordinate the project manager and Lead Electrician onsite to ensure project workflow accuracy
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed
- Follow and enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- No experience necessary
- Journeyman Electricians welcomed and paid accordingly
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Ability to lead a team and work independently on projects (Leads)
- Proficiency with electrical tools, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel for projects as needed (per diem available)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Valid driver's license

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Overtime available as needed
