Typical Pay $6,250 - $19,000/Month | 1099 Contractor | Sales Experience Required
This is a face-to-face, full-cycle field sales role selling B2B to restaurants. You own the restaurant relationship from the first knock to a signed agreement—and then continue building and maintaining that relationship over time.
As a Sales Representative, you will:

Knock on doors and visit restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout your DMV territory.

Speak directly with owners and kitchen managers.

Pitch and close deals on the spot by explaining Grease Giant's used cooking oil collection service.

Handle objections and secure signed agreements.

Build and maintain relationships with the restaurants you sign.

Generate referrals and additional business opportunities.

Manage your own territory and daily schedule.
Your results are yours. You decide where you work and how much you earn.
This is a commission-only, 1099 contractor position. There is no base salary.
You will earn:

$300 for every restaurant you sign up for Grease Giant's used cooking oil collection service.

Paid immediately upon signup—no waiting weeks for a commission cycle.

15 restaurants per month = ~$4,500/month

20 restaurants per month = ~$6,000/month

30 restaurants per month = ~$9,000/month
Our current representatives typically close between 15–30 restaurants per month.
Top performers earn $160,000+ annually by consistently closing at volume and securing high-producing accounts.
Required Qualifications:

At least one season of door-to-door, B2B, or commission-based sales experience required (pest control, solar, roofing, alarms, merchant services, telecom, route sales, etc.)

Strong and confident communication skills with business owners and decision-makers

Resilience and a thick skin—rejection is part of the job

Self-motivated, organized, and able to follow through independently
