Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the premises
- Manage access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations
- Perform regular patrols of the property to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring safety during medical emergencies
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents as required
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, and security logs to ensure transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certification in first aid and CPR from recognized organizations is preferred
- Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle tense situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor
