What You’ll Do
As a key leader in our operations, you’ll own both team performance and service delivery:

Lead & Develop Talent – Coach, mentor, and elevate a team of cable technicians through hands-on training, performance management, and career development

Drive Daily Operations – Plan routes, schedules, and workloads to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime

Be the Problem-Solver – Step in on complex installs and service issues, guiding your team to fast, effective resolutions

Own Quality Control – Conduct field audits, inspect completed work, and ensure every job meets our high standards

Champion Safety – Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies

Deliver Results – Monitor KPIs like completion rates, first-time fix, and customer satisfaction—and take action to improve them

Bridge the Gap – Act as the connection between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service

Manage Resources – Oversee tools, inventory, and materials to keep your team equipped and ready

Improve the Business – Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, faster ways to get the job done
What You Bring

Proven leadership experience in telecommunications, cable, or a related field

Strong technical expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and repair

A player-coach mentality—you lead by example and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills with both field teams and customers

A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve performance

Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
Preferred Experience

3–5 years in cable, fiber, or telecom operations

2+ years leading or supervising field technicians
-
Technical certifications or telecom-related education (a plus, not required)
