The Lodge at Old Trail, a resort-style senior living community is looking for part-time and full-time Registered Medication Aides: 2pm - 10pm. The Lodge is a locally owned company providing three levels of care for our residents. Responsibilities - Registered Medication Aide
- Assist residents with ADL's per schedule
- Assist with resident's meals as needed, be aware of dietary orders.
- Assist with ambulation
- Record all relevant data in medical records per policy
- Make rounds
- Monitor and record monthly vitals and weights
- Review ISP and maintain familiarity with resident service plans
- Administer oral and external medications
- Monitor medication supplies and receive pharmacy deliveries
- Perform change over medication in carts upon delivery
