This role will work closely withour Growth Channels team(both MDLZ and customer)to driveintegrated marketingactivations across modalities for all of our brands andgrowth strategies acrosstheelements ofour MDLZ Digital CommerceFlywheel: optimizing online assortment, maximizing online availability and in-stock rates, working closely withinternal MDLZ teams tooptimize content, build searchstrategies and manage retail media execution. The role scope includes Pureplayecommerce, Last Milers (Instacart,Doordash,etc), Value, Convenience, Drug and Naturals.
Ultimately, theGrowth Channels Omnichannel Directorisresponsible fordeliveringMondelēz’s long-term growth, activating our brands at our key customers to driveconversionand integrating all Walmart digital commerce operationsinto our everyday business management.
Geographic preferences include East Hanover, NJ and Chicago, IL, but we are open to the right candidate outside of these locations. Travel for customer and internal meetingsrequired– between 25% - 35% of time depending on time of year.
Develop and execute Omnichannel business plansin partnership with our Customer Business Teams andHQ category planning teams. This includes ensuring our eCommerce best practices around assortment, content,searchand activationare incorporated into customer plans.Lead digital stewardship - assess key flywheel opportunities,develop and drive projects to address opportunities, recordlearningsand best practices to be shared across the MDLZ organization. Partner acrosscustomer organizations and theMDLZ organization to remove barriers for growth.
Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brandsatpriorityGrowth Channels customers and last miler platformsin partnership with theMDLZ customer business teams andheadquarters brand teams. Develop and build strategies forbest-in-classconversion to propel our Walmart business in achieving our aggressive growth goals.Responsible for brief development, brainstorms,programsell-inand execution. Manageagencies,partnershipsandcross functionalstakeholdersas necessary to ensure program success.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
