Next Up Talent is seeking Trainee Event Marketing Assistants to join our growing team in Houston. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll work at live events, trade shows, and promotional activations—gaining real-world experience while representing top brands.
Please note: This is a full-time, in-person role requiring daily travel to our Houston office. Remote work is not available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent leading brands at high-traffic events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with customers through friendly, natural conversations (no cold calling)
- Educate customers on products and services, helping them make informed decisions
- Work closely with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Track performance and work toward weekly sales and engagement targets
