Job Summary: Provide support for the district's instructional technology staff, applications, devices, and digital resources. This position serves as a primary point of contact for staff and parents, provides basic remote and in-person technology assistance, supports the district's 1:1 iPad program, and assists others with troubleshooting online educational applications.

7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with 30-minute lunch, 8.0 hours/day

This position is a 10-month position beginning in August
Qualifications:
-
Associate's degree in computers or information technology, or experience with educational technology in a K-12 environment.

Proficiency with online applications, Mac OS, and iOS.

Oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask

Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between district buildings.
