Veterinary Technician

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and caring Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal health, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and works well both independently and as part of a team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our doctors, caring for our patients, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Perform patient monitoring, anesthesia induction and maintenance, and recovery
- Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology, etc.)
- Take and position radiographs safely and effectively
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Place IV catheters, perform venipuncture, and maintain accurate medical records
- Provide compassionate nursing care and handle patients safely
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the clinic
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary technician experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Dedication to patient well-being and client education

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
