Automotive Salespeople Needed Immediately
Northwest Arkansas’ premiere Ford dealership, McLarty Daniel Ford Lincoln in Bentonville, is looking for motivated sales people who want to grow their income and help customers experience top-notch service. Applicants must be go-getters who are hard working, excellent communicators who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver red carpet service. Our management team has the tools and knowledge to make sure you succeed is this customer-focused environment. We want winners who know that with a little hard work, their earning potential is limitless and top performers can exceed $100,000 a year.
Sign on bonuses are available for experienced automotive sales people (see manager for details). Automotive experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidates. Those with sales backgrounds from recent corporate layoffs very welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping up to date on all Ford and Lincoln products and services
- Conducting walk arounds and assisting customers by positioning yourself as the authority on all things Ford
- Maintaining above national average CSI rating, ensuring that each customer is treated properly
- Following instructions and recommendations conveyed by management
- Utilization of a customer relationship management tool with proper information
- Continued communication with ups/prospects to make sure all needs were met and/or exceeded
- Attends sales meetings and maintains professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Position has aggressive pay plan with commission, benefits, 401K, paid sick/vacation days and more.
