Location: Hybrid Flexibility (Encino)
Salary: Base $105,000 - $130,000 + Benefits, 401(k), Paid Time Off
Requirements: Advanced Tax Experience, Public Accounting Background, CPA or CPA-Eligible Preferred

What You'll Do

Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns

Lead tax planning and consulting engagements for clients

Research and resolve advanced tax issues

Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance

Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication

Assist with IRS and state tax correspondence
What You Need for This Position

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm

CPA license or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred

Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
