Physical Therapist Leadership Opportunity in Brewster, WA
RehabVisions is seeking a full-time Director of Rehab / Physical Therapist for a hospital-based inpatient and outpatient therapy setting in Brewster, Washington.
This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants to combine patient care with leadership, program development, team support, and therapy department growth. The role is a treating Director of Rehab position, ideal for a PT who enjoys both clinical care and operational leadership.
Compensation and Incentives
- Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience
- Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus over your first three years
- Bonus may be used toward a retention bonus, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, or professional development
- Housing allowance: $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

What You’ll Do
As the Director of Rehab / Physical Therapist, you will oversee the daily operations of the rehab department while also providing patient care within your PT scope of practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, support, and develop therapy staff
- Manage department operations, scheduling, productivity, and staffing needs
- Provide Physical Therapy evaluations, treatment, documentation, and ongoing patient assessment
- Support inpatient and outpatient therapy services
- Maintain positive relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, staff, patients, and families
- Assist with quality reporting, compliance, documentation audits, and department goals
- Identify opportunities for program development and service growth
- Promote clinical quality, communication, and strong patient outcomes
- Support billing, authorization, and insurance-related processes as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Washington
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development
Preferred:
- Five or more years of Physical Therapy experience
- Prior rehab director, clinic manager, or therapy leadership experience
- Experience in hospital-based inpatient and outpatient therapy
- Familiarity with multi-discipline therapy department operations
