Phone Sales Representative (Inbound Calls Only) – Onsite
Location: 2945 SE Gran Park Way, Stuart, FL 34997
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: Base pay + 30% commission + daily and weekly bonuses
Average Earnings: $1,200 – $2,000+ per week
About the Position
This is not a typical call center role. We are a fast-growing marketing company building a small, high-performing sales team. All leads are inbound from business owners interested in our services. No cold calling.
We are looking for motivated individuals who take direction well, pay attention to detail, and are driven to earn high income.

Requirements
- Phone sales experience is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable using multiple tabs, dual monitors, and CRM software
- Clear speaking voice and ability to follow scripts and rebuttals
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and competitive mindset
- Applicants may need to demonstrate basic to intermediate computer skills during the interview
Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from small and medium-sized business owners
- Use company-provided scripts and rebuttals to close sales
- Enter customer information and payments into CRM system
- Provide professional customer service and support
- Participate in team sales strategies and performance meetings
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
