Duties
- Support smooth daily spa operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of guest and staff areas throughout the property
- Use Meevo scheduling software and provider/resource views to monitor daily operations and assist with guest flow
- Prepare daily operational schedules including pagoda use, creekside services, lunches, and sound healing sessions
- Light and maintain pagoda heaters and table warmers prior to scheduled outdoor services
- Monitor pagoda usage throughout the day and relight heaters or close unused propane tanks as needed
- Coordinate with Guest Services regarding daily schedule updates and pagoda timing changes
- Unlock and secure designated spa areas and supply closets as assigned
- Maintain tea and water stations in guest waiting areas
- Ensure front porch, waiting areas, pagoda spaces, and outdoor relaxation areas remain clean, stocked, and visually welcoming throughout the day
- Wash, dry, fold, organize, and restock spa laundry including sheets, flannels, pillowcases, face cradle covers, hand towels, robes, and rags
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of laundry shed, operations stations, treatment room supply areas, dressing rooms, bathrooms, tea kitchens, and waiting areas
- Restock treatment rooms and spa stations with spa supplies as needed
- Notify management when supplies are running low and require reordering
- Clean and sanitize dressing rooms, lockers, bathrooms, guest seating, and high-touch surfaces regularly throughout the shift
- Collect used dishes, tea cups, sandals, wristbands, linens, and guest items from spa areas and return to designated locations
- Prepare tea service and replenish guest refreshments throughout the day
- Assist in maintaining outdoor areas including pathways, meditation garden, tea garden, hammock garden, porches, and guest seating spaces
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, including securing spa spaces and outdoor amenities
- Maintain a courteous, calm, and professional demeanor with guests and fellow staff members
- Inform management of maintenance issues, operational concerns, unsafe conditions, or supply shortages
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings
- Perform other duties requested by managers as needed

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Digitally literate with ability to use scheduling systems, email, and operational software as needed
- Must be willing to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- On-shift/available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
