Position Title : Director of Sales
Base : $70K-85K
General Responsibilities :
1. Purchase Order Processing & Management (EDI )
● Receive and process purchase orders from B2B retail partners (i.e. Target, Sephora, CVS, etc.)
● Validate and manage order-related EDI data (e.g., SPS Commerce)
● Accurately enter and update order information in internal systems
● Manage recurring shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery coordination
2. Inventory & Storage Management
● Monitor inventory levels consistently through WMS systems
● Collaborate closely with the SCM team in Korea to forecast and plan inventory
● Serve as the primary point of contact for the LA Distribution Center
● Assist with shipment planning, adjustments, and issue resolution
● Support logistics operations tied to promotions, launches, and campaigns
3. Data & Reporting
● Create, maintain, and analyze reports related to purchase orders, inventory, and order status
● Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
4. Partner Communication
● Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support operational needs
● Troubleshoot and coordinate resolutions for EDI-related issues
5. Process Improvement
● Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows and data processes
● Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
● 2–3 years of experience in retail sales/ operations, logistics, within a beauty brand CPG or brokerage house (strongly preferred)
● Managed Target account (Strongly Preferred), including PO processing and inventory forecast and management.
● Strong interest in and passion for the beauty industry
● Experience with EDI systems (e.g., SPS Commerce)
● Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable working with large datasets)
● Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and organization
● Comfortable with repetitive data entry, validation, and system-based workflows
● Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
● Background in logistics, retail operations, customer service, or office administration is a plus
Preferred Qualities
● Korean language skills preferred to enable effective cross-border collaboration with Korea-based teams
● Genuine passion for K-beauty, with a strong understanding of industry trends, products, and consumer preferences

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
