Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
- Perform apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
- Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
- Maintain excellent customer service while interacting with residents
- Assist with grounds maintenance and emergency on-call duties as needed
Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- apartment maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
