Part-Time Sales Representative (Path to Full-Time) – U-Cart
U-Cart is seeking an energetic, motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to help contractors find the right concrete equipment solutions for their businesses.
This position will focus on selling skid-mounted mixers, roll-off mixers, mixing trucks, tracked mixers, concrete pumps, self-loading mixers, and other equipment designed for contractors and construction professionals.
Unlike our business opportunity sales team, this role focuses primarily on individual equipment sales. Most leads will come from customers who have already responded to our advertising and are seeking additional information.
This position is designed to start as a part-time role. However, for the right individual, strong performance and business growth may create an opportunity to transition into a full-time sales position with increased responsibilities and earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads generated through marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
- Recommend equipment solutions that help contractors operate more efficiently and profitably.
- Create quotes and proposals using HubSpot.
- Manage customer relationships and follow-up activities through HubSpot.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
- Meet sales activity and sales performance goals.

Qualifications Required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to learn technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
Preferred
- Sales experience.
- Construction, equipment, rental, or contractor industry experience.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
