Job Summary
Bemsco is a large supplier of main landing gear, manufacturing over 5k landing gear assemblies for the UH-60 Black hawk. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-precision, safety-critical components used in aerospace applications. You will ensure all products meet strict quality standards through careful measurement, attention to detail, and adherence to engineering schematics and blueprints.

Requirements
***Must be a U.S Citizen, must pass a criminal background check, must pass quarterly drug testing***
Schedule 7AM -3:30PM, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products accurately according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards.
- Operate some hand tools, like drill presses, polishing lathes, and pneumatic grinders
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to guide assembly processes. Bemsco will train*
- Conduct inspections of assembled parts using precision measuring instruments, and hydraulic pressure stands, to maintain high-quality output.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the assembly clean room
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred, but very open to training candidates with the right attitude.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers is a plus.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, machining equipment, enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling equipment like forklifts can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Join us as an Assembly Technician and become part of a dedicated team committed to precision production.
