We currently have opportunities in our Weld Department on 1st shift. In this role, you will operate spot welders and robotic weld centers according to established work orders and production schedules. You’ll be responsible for performing quality inspections throughout the process, identifying any visual or measurable defects to ensure parts meet company and customer standards. Maintaining a strong focus on safety, you’ll follow all required regulations while communicating effectively with supervisors and team leads to support smooth and efficient operations.
