Duties
- Assist with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to support diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Prepare examination rooms and Learn how to use C-Arm machine during outpatient procedures.
- Operate EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems efficiently to document patient information and treatment details precisely.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques to provide accurate patient care.
- Proficiency with EHR systems for documentation and scheduling
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately across diverse population and able to handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner..
- Ability to perform clinical tasks such as vital signs measurement, intake assessments, and assisting with C-Arm usage procedures confidently.
- Ability to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Capable of multitasking efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willing to work as a Team Member.
- Punctual and responsible for Assigned tasks.
- Able to take Phone calls and mange outgoing referrals.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
