Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role as a Warehouse Assistant, located in Spring Branch, TX. You will learn how to manage customer orders from beginning to end. Ultimately be responsible for logistics-related functions including receiving, delivering, warehousing, servicing and installations. Don't worry, we will provide all the training necessary.
The goal is to develop and cross-train so you can be an asset in many areas of the business. Learning best practices, installation/service and product knowledge will be key.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who love building/construction, are experienced with tools, and can carry heavy items on a daily basis.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction field or driving a trailer or warehousing is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience installing and/or servicing windows and doors is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of customer service and customer perspective is crucial.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, all office programs, comfortable learning new programs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
