S&F Land Services is seeking a Southwest Regional Manager to work from one of our Arizona offices (Phoenix and Tucson) while supporting projects throughout Arizona and the surrounding states.
S&F Land Services has been leading the way in land surveying, aerial mapping, and remote sensing solutions since its founding in 2016. Unlike many firms where surveying is simply a division of an engineering company, surveying and geospatial services are all we do. As one of the largest and fastest growing survey-only teams in the West, our more than 70 service professionals and 20 licensed surveyors operate across seven regional offices. - Support region-wide clients across transportation, utilities, energy, cadastral-federal, municipalities, and commercial development.
- Collaborate with and receive support from six additional offices throughout the Northwest, giving you the resources of a large company while maintaining the agility of local leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow our Phoenix and Tucson offices – with work throughout the Southwest.
- Lead and support further office and resource expansion within the SW Region.
- Support and manage survey managers and project managers.
- Project estimating and proposals.
- Manage Projects.
- Build relationships with clients and expand our presence throughout the Southwest.
- Oversee project delivery, quality, staffing, and financial performance.
- Help shape the strategic direction of one of our fastest-growing regions.
- Champion innovation and continue expanding the use of advanced geospatial technologies.
