USA Floor Surfaces is a decorative concrete resurfacing company serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We specialize in Eurotile coatings and decorative overlays that turn worn, cracked concrete into show-ready driveways, pool decks, and patios.
We're hiring outside sales reps to run in-home estimates with homeowners who've already requested a quote. You show up, walk the property, present pricing, and close — the lead generation and appointment setting is already done for you.
What you'll do
- Run 15+ pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments every week (booked for you — no prospecting)
- Present pricing and close deals on the spot
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM
Compensation
- 100% commission, paid bi-weekly
- Realistic first-year range: $100,000 – $175,000+, uncapped and performance-based
- The better you price and the more you close, the more you make — no ceiling on either
Training — you're not thrown in cold
Before you run a solo appointment, you'll go through onboarding:
- Sales process training — our step-by-step approach to closing an in-home estimate
- Full CRM and systems training
- On-site: watch a live installation so you understand the product start to finish
- Product and technical training
- Ride-along with our sales manager — you watch him close, then he watches you close
What we're looking for:
- Sales experience preferred (in-home, direct, or high-ticket sales a plus)
- Comfortable with a 100% commission, performance-based pay structure
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — willing to travel across the tri-county area
- Strong in-person communicator and closer
- Available evenings/weekends to match homeowner schedules
- Professional, presentable — you're a guest in someone's home
- Must pass a background check
