What You’ll Do as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual
You’ll work one-on-one with clients to help them:
- Understand where they are financially today
- Set goals for the future (retirement, college, home ownership, etc.)
- Build a plan using insurance, investments, and financial strategies
- Adjust that plan as their life and goals change
You’ll also build your own client base and develop long-term relationships — this is not a call-center opportunity and not a pre-assigned book of transactional business.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based career with uncapped income potential, plus:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
