Line Cook / Prep Cook — Stephano’s Greek & Mediterranean Grill
Location: Blue Diamond, Las Vegas
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour + $2–$3/hour in tips
Job Description:
Stephano’s Greek & Mediterranean Grill is looking for a reliable Cook / Prep Cook to join our team at the Blue Diamond location. This position is responsible for working the kitchen line, preparing ingredients, and supporting overall back-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Cook and assemble menu items according to company recipes and standards
Work hot line stations such as proteins, rice, pita, and fryers
Use kitchen timers at all times when cooking proteins and hot food items
Assist with daily food prep including cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, and stocking the line
Wash dishes and maintain dish area when scheduled or needed
Put away vendor deliveries such as Sysco orders and organize storage areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Communicate clearly with team members during service
Assist with opening and closing BOH duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a valid Health Card
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Kitchen experience required
Must be able to commute to the Blue Diamond location
