Exterior Deck/Patio Wood Staining

Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Pressure wash all exposed wood surfaces on patio/deck structure
- Light sanding prep on all surfaces prior to staining
- Apply 2 coats of exterior stain via brush and back-brush application (no spraying) to all exposed wood: posts, main beams, ceiling joists, fascia trim, exposed framing/blocking, and patio steps
- Mask and protect all adjacent surfaces not being stained — landscaping, siding, gutters, fans, and any other exposed features
- Complete full site cleanup upon finish
JOB DETAILS
- Start date: September 28
- Estimated duration: to run alongside interior flooring job (approx. through October 2)
- Site: Residential patio/deck structure, ~650–750 sq ft of exposed wood surface
- Materials: Exterior stain supplied by homeowner (approx. 1,500 sq ft worth on hand for 2-coat coverage)

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of trade experience
- Must have tools necessary to complete the job
- Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris
- Take before, during, and after photos
Pay: $2,500.00 per month
