Hours: 1st Shift, 05:30 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $17.00 Per Hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and wire electrical units according to blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Use measurement tools like tape measures for precision
- Handle small hand tools such as wire strippers and crimpers
- Follow safety procedures and electrical codes
- Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in tight areas as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with measurement tools
- Experience working with hand tools like wire strippers and crimpers
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in demanding environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience interpreting electrical drawings in complex environments
- Familiarity with electrical code standards and safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial wiring environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Availability for overtime during peak periods
- Reliable transportation to shifts starting at 5:30 AM
