We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to support our tree care operations. This position is crucial to the success of the crew, assisting with driving, ground-level tasks, equipment handling, and job site cleanup. This role plays a key role in ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist climbers in performing all aspects of the tree removal and pruning services safely and skillfully for our clients
- Properly maintain, prepare and operate all tools and equipment including: Chainsaws, aerial lifts and more.
- Tree debris and log clean up.
- Small equipment operation - skid steer, mini skid steer, and stump grinder.
- Operating ropes in tree removal rigging operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Love for trees and the outdoors
- CDL preferred, willingness to obtain a CDL if you don’t have one.
- Pass a DOT and drug screen required.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
