We specialize in luxury move-out cleanings, Airbnb turnovers, vacation rental cleaning, and commercial services. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional cleaning experiences that exceed client expectations. Every property should be left spotless, refreshed, sanitized, and ready for its next occupant or guest.

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential, move-out, and Airbnb turnover cleanings according to Maison Luxe standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Clean appliances, cabinets, countertops, windowsills, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures.
- Make beds, replace linens, restock guest amenities, and prepare vacation rentals for incoming guests.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Spot clean walls, doors, mirrors, glass, and high-touch surfaces.
- Sweep patios, porches, entryways, and other outdoor areas when requested.
- Inspect completed work to ensure every cleaning meets company quality standards.
- Safely use company-approved cleaning products and equipment.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items to management immediately.
- Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service during every visit.
- Arrive on time, manage your schedule efficiently, and complete assignments within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Previous residential, commercial, hotel housekeeping, Airbnb, or janitorial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Comfortable using vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, microfiber systems, and other professional cleaning equipment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Ability to pass a background check is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Work indoors and outdoors as needed in varying weather conditions.
