Fresh Force LLC is a growing mobile diesel repair company specializing in roadside service for commercial trucks and trailers throughout the Southeast.
We're looking for an experienced diesel technician who takes pride in doing quality work and wants to grow with a company that values professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
This position begins as a part-time, dispatch-based opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role as call volume expands.
Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatched roadside service calls for semi-trucks and trailers.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and air system issues in the field.
- Perform roadside repairs including:
- Battery replacement
- Air leaks and air system repairs
- Brake repairs
- Suspension repairs
- Electrical diagnostics
- Belt replacement
- Cooling system repairs
- Charging system repairs
- Minor engine repairs
- Tire service (experience preferred but not required)
- Complete service reports with photos when required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance with customers.
- Follow safety procedures while working roadside.
Work Structure
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Flexible schedule based on dispatched work.
- Company service truck may be provided depending on location.
- Paid portal-to-portal.
- Opportunity to assist with fleet maintenance during slower periods.
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time Lead Technician as the company expands.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years diesel repair experience preferred.
- Experience with Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Paccar, Volvo or Mack engines is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic hand tools required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Compensation
- $50 Call-Out Pay
- $40–45/hour Portal-to-Portal
- Additional paid hours for longer repairs.
