What You’ll Do
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Provide companionship and safety supervision
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Support mobility (walking assistance, transfers)
- Run errands and provide transportation (if assigned/eligible)
- Follow care plans and complete basic visit notes
