SUMMARY: Assist with multiple low to mid-level multimedia projects and create assets that meet the marketing and promotional needs of the company.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in creating drafts, models, and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (logos, banners, e-commerce pages)
- Pitch creative ideas toward product marketing
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to launch new products
- Assist with special design tasks (e.g., color correction, photo touchup)
- Create templates and layouts for E-Commerce sites
- Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing
- Create various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
- Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
- Create PDFs for print and client review
- Prepare images for online and mobile applications
- Catalog and reference art for future projects
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise with the creative team and the vendor
- Assist stage, set-up, prop setup and teardown in production of video & photography projects
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication
- Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in graphic design, video production, photography or related creative field or equivalent years of experience
Knowledge of:
- Creative content in Ecommerce channels
- Conceptualizing designs from concept to completion
- Ecommerce marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart
Skill in:
- Using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware
- Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator)
- Visual elements (layout, composition, type, and fonts)
Ability to:
- Demonstrate creative skill in a team environment

Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, telephone, calculator, copy, and fax machine requiring continuous and repetitive arm, and hand and eye movement. Move and operate presentation equipment. Travel to and from meetings and various locations inside and outside the building.

The work environment is frequently within an office setting with low to moderate noise, LED lighting, and temperature control while working alongside large groups of employees in cubicle spaces. Incumbents will attend various business meetings and events inside and outside of the buildings. Occasional exposure to the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or traveling for work.
