**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee/bobas/teas and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and bobas to our customers. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve coffee drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte - Take customer orders and handle cash transactions using a cash register - Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area - Follow food safety procedures when handling and preparing food items - Assist in stocking inventory and supplies as needed **Requirements:** - Prior experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Familiarity with retail math for handling transactions accurately - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with Aloha POS system is advantageous - Must have good time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy quality coffee beverages served with a smile.
