Kirkland's Flooring is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, networking, and implementing effective sales strategies. This position is responsible for business development for our Greenville and Columbia area locations and is based out of the Greenville area location.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or related roles preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Proficient with using computers and comfortable learning new programs and apps.
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $25-30/hour with monthly commission
