- Implement proper sanitation and cleaning procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and floors by utilizing suitable cleaning tools and techniques
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with various cleaning detergents, surface types, and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills for client interactions
- Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus
