LPN – Clinical Coordinator & Provider Support

POSITION SUMMARY
Kaado MD is seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Dr. Kaado in delivering exceptional aesthetic, wellness, anti-aging, and medical services.
This position is responsible for assisting with patient flow, treatment preparation, clinical documentation, medication management, inventory support, patient education, follow-up communication, and ensuring a luxury patient experience while maintaining compliance with all applicable standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, compassionate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch concierge-style environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Support
- Assist Dr. Kaado during patient consultations and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and clinical supplies.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Obtain and document vital signs.
- Assist with patient intake and medical history review.
- Document patient information accurately within AestheticsPro and other systems.
- Assist with follow-up care instructions as directed by Dr. Kaado.
- Ensure proper room turnover and treatment readiness.
Medication & Inventory Management
- Manage medication inventory and stock levels.
- Track medication expiration dates.
- Receive and organize clinical shipments.
- Assist with medication preparation as permitted by licensure and provider direction.
- Coordinate prescription requests under provider supervision.
- Maintain inventory records for medications, injectables, and clinical supplies.
- Assist with ordering supplies as directed.
Patient Experience
- Deliver exceptional concierge-level patient service.
- Support patient education as directed by Dr. Kaado.
- Assist with treatment planning discussions.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment progress.
- Assist with patient retention initiatives.
- Support membership and wellness program patients.
Clinical Compliance
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards.
- Maintain clinical documentation accurately and timely.
- Assist with compliance tracking and clinical audits.
- Ensure treatment rooms meet safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow.
- Coordinate treatment room utilization.
- Support front desk team when needed.
- Assist with clinical reporting and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with providers, staff, pharmacies, and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Active Virginia LPN License in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment.
Preferred
- Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness medicine, anti-aging medicine, or concierge medicine.
- Experience with injectables, laser treatments, weight-loss programs, or hormone optimization.
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
- Experience with inventory management and medication coordination.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
