Assists with hiring, orienting, and training all rehab staff and ensures enough staff to meet the clinical needs of the community.
Ensures each employee meets or exceeds all expectations set forth and periodic appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
Ensures program financial and clinical operations are efficient and effective to allow for program success.
Ensures rehab staff are providing clinically appropriate care for all residents and ensures treatment meets clinical standard of practice.
Supervises scheduling and staffing which will include managing available treatment hours and anticipated community needs.
Ensure all documents and forms are kept up to date in accordance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.
Perform patient care duties, such as evaluations and treatments, to ensure all patient needs are met.
Communication with Interdisciplinary Team, Administrator, and facility staff as appropriate to ensure patient and therapy needs are addressed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
