Parachute HiFi is the next evolution of the Michelin-awarded Parachute Restaurant, originally opened in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Johnny Clark and Beverly Kim.
Reimagined as a listening bar, Parachute HiFi is a thoughtfully designed space where food, beverage, music, and hospitality come together to create an immersive guest experience. Every detail is intentional—from what's in the glass to what's on the speakers, from the pacing of service to the feeling guests take with them when they leave.
Our beverage program is equally expressive, featuring an inventive cocktail program alongside a curated selection of natural wines, spirits, and beers from around the world.

Service Model
While this is primarily a bartending position, our front-of-house team operates with a cross-trained service model. Bartenders are scheduled for rotating server shifts as part of the regular schedule. We believe this creates a stronger, more cohesive hospitality team while giving every team member a broader understanding of the guest experience.
Previous serving experience is strongly preferred, and successful candidates should be comfortable delivering exceptional hospitality whether behind the bar or on the dining room floor.
Scheduling Expectations
This is a core team position, and reliability is essential.
Parachute HiFi is currently open five days a week, and a full-time schedule typically consists of four shifts per week. Because our operating days are concentrated, every shift plays an important role in the success of the restaurant. We rely on a consistent core team that can be counted on week after week.
We are looking for someone who can provide consistent availability throughout our operating days, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. While we gladly accommodate planned vacations and important life events with advance notice, this position is best suited for someone who can commit to a dependable schedule over the long term.
This role is not designed around highly limited availability, recurring weekend requests off, or frequent schedule changes.

Shift Leads take on an expanded role in leading service, elevating the guest experience, supporting daily operations, and serving as a resource for the team during service. They also have greater opportunities to collaborate on the development of seasonal cocktails and beverage offerings, helping shape the evolution of the Parachute HiFi experience while upholding the restaurant's standards and vision.
