Our team specializes in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media & Marketing Manager who understands that marketing in mental health is about building trust before generating leads. This person will help expand our online presence, increase brand awareness, educate our community, and ultimately connect more people with high-quality therapy services.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with seasonal mental health topics, awareness campaigns, and practice goals.
- Grow audience engagement while maintaining the compassionate, professional voice of True Mind Wellness.
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Content Creation
- Create engaging graphics, reels, videos, carousels, blog content, newsletters, and written posts.
- Collaborate with clinicians to translate clinical knowledge into relatable, educational content.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a polished, high-end brand aesthetic across all marketing materials.
Website, SEO & AI Search Optimization
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and emerging AI search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and improve existing content to increase organic traffic.
- Write optimized blog posts and service pages that answer common client questions.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Track website traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
Brand Growth & Community Engagement
- Strengthen True Mind Wellness's online reputation through thoughtful community engagement.
- Help develop partnerships with physicians, schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for workshops, webinars, EMDR intensives, community events, and new service launches.
- Assist with public relations opportunities, media requests, and speaking engagements.
Marketing Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Track social media growth, engagement, website traffic, inquiries, and booked consultations.
- Use insights to continually improve marketing strategy.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is both creative and analytical.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Experience marketing healthcare, mental health, wellness, or professional services is strongly preferred.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong graphic design experience using Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization and evolving digital marketing trends.
- Experience managing Meta Business Suite and paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Passion for mental health education and reducing stigma through thoughtful content.
