Our client, Corbet Scientific, a leader in the Agrochemical space, is seeking a motivated and organized team player to join our team. This position will share administrative and project management responsibilities along with being a primary stake holder in the implementation of a new system. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting Sales or Billing within the Agrochemical Industry or Manufacturing.
Administrative & Operational Support
· Provide administrative support to regional sales manager and leadership team.
· Coordinate workflows between sales, operations, logistics, and leadership to improve efficiency and documentation accuracy.
Inventory, Logistics, Freight & Shipping Coordination
· Support inventory tracking processes, ensuring accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
· Coordinate freight scheduling.
· Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, regulatory transport forms, and vendor shipping requirements.
· Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, shipment accuracy, and resolution of logistics issues.
· Assist with procurement coordination, special orders, and customer order tracking.
· Maintain structured records for shipping, receiving, and inventory reconciliation within inventory management system.
Financial & Vendor Coordination
· Assist with AP/AR workflows, including invoice processing, purchase order approvals, vendor communication, and expense reconciliation.
· Monitor receivables, coordinate payment workflows, and support budgeting processes using our financial systems.
Customer, Vendor & Marketing Support
· Field customer inquiries, process quotes, and coordinate procurement for orders and shipments.
· Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, branded materials, and customer communication workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5+ years of administrative, operations, logistics, or compliance support experience in an agrochemical, industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Experience coordinating freight, shipping, inventory tracking, or logistics workflows.
· Experience supporting Inventory Management Systems and workflow management systems.
· Exceptional organizational skills with experience maintaining structured digital file systems.
· Ability to manage confidential documentation with discretion and accuracy.
· Strong written communication skills for drafting formal correspondence and documentation.
· Background in logistics coordination or inventory management within industrial or technical product environments.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
