We are looking for a skilled and personable Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient‑centered private practice. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience in general dentistry following RDA licensure, along with strong organizational skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
In this role, you will support both clinical and administrative functions, including:
- Assisting chairside during procedures
- Educating patients and building strong rapport
- Maintaining and tracking inventory
- Providing occasional front office support as needed
Work Schedule (must be available):
- Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RDA license and current CPR certification
- Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Monitoring certifications are highly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years post‑RDA program clinical experience
- Ability to take high‑quality, diagnosable radiographs
- Confidence in fabricating temporary crowns and bridges independently
- Orthodontic experience is a plus
- Friendly, energetic, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Tech‑savvy, dependable, and a strong team player
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
