The Role
Fennoria Brands Inc. is seeking a commercially minded and experienced Senior Executive to help guide business growth, strengthen operations, and support the company’s long-term strategy.
This is a leadership position for someone who can move confidently between strategic planning and practical execution. You will work closely with senior leaders, department heads, partners, and key stakeholders to improve performance, identify opportunities, and ensure important initiatives are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of company strategy.
- Lead high-priority business initiatives across multiple departments.
- Review operational and financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Identify new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and areas for growth.
- Set clear objectives and hold teams accountable for agreed results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Help manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and business priorities.
- Improve internal processes and support organisational change.
- Coach managers and encourage a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and negotiations.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in senior management, business leadership, operations, strategy, or a related field.
- A strong record of leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent commercial judgement and decision-making ability.
- Experience managing budgets, performance targets, and complex projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a growing and changing organisation.
- A practical, accountable, and solutions-focused leadership style.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within consumer brands, retail, e-commerce, marketing, or product-led businesses.
- Previous responsibility for business development or strategic partnerships.
- Experience supporting organisational growth, market expansion, or transformation.
- MBA or relevant leadership qualification.
