Busser Responsibilities:
- Clear Dishes, Silver, Napkins, Debris from tables
- Reset Tables
- Pour Water For Guests
- Bus Filled Tubs to the Kitchen
- Maintain a Clean Environment
- Polish Glassware
- Fill Ice Wells
- Take out Trash & Recycle
- Complete Assigned Cleaning Tasks as Needed
Runner Responsibilities:
- Run Food to Assigned Tables
- Set Runner Station with Proper Utensils & Plates
- Take out Kitchen Trash & Recycle
- Maintain a clean space
