Local Krave is looking for a Passionate BARISTA/COOK for our local coffee shop in Point Loma. Local Krave is a small family owned local craft coffee shop looking for awesome, outgoing, enthusiastic and trust-worthy individuals who LOVE FOOD & COFFEE and LOVE PEOPLE to join our team! We are hiring for help and must be available for any days of the week.

- Must be flexible and available to work based on store needs
- Need to be available on WEEKDAYS and HOLIDAYS
- Must be detailed oriented, have a strong desire to learn and teach about coffee
- Must be friendly and have a positive personality
- Able to take directions very well and is a fast learner
- Able to react quickly, work efficiently, and effectively deal and resolve conflict situations
RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):
- Deliver the Local Krave experience of friendly service with a community approach to coffee
- Prepare customer orders as requested accurately and efficiently
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee and all other items
- Assist with duties such as cleanup, set up, stocking, prepping, maintain cleanliness of workstations, dish-washing, and handling food items
- Cashier duties
- Other duties not listed may be required
Our Point Loma shop hours are WEEKDAYS 6am-2pm and WEEKENDS 6am-2pm. This is NOT a seasonal job. We are looking for strong candidates to add to our core team as we continue to grow!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
