About the Role
We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join our team as Wealth Management Advisors. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a long-term career helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions.
As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and provide strategies around protection, accumulation, and long-term planning.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Conduct financial needs analysis and present tailored strategies
- Educate clients on financial concepts including risk management, retirement, and wealth accumulation
- Develop and grow your own client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Collaborate with internal specialists on advanced planning strategies
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Coachable and open to structured training and feedback
- Comfortable building relationships and working with people
- Background in sales, business development, education, or client-facing roles is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, or consulting is a plus
- Interest in obtaining financial licenses (e.g., Series 6/7, Series 63/65, Life & Health)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
