Alabama Roll and Rise is hiring energetic and reliable Team Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to our customers, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

Assist GM in Scheduling, Inventory, Ordering, Team building and Training. Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a great guest experience

Able to lead Team Members in Customer Service, Food Safety and Uphold Standards

Assist GM in Scheduling, Inventory, Team Building and Overall Operations.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining room
Work closely with General Manager and assist with other tasks as needed

Able to open or close store shifts
Job Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.

Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and work well under pressure.

Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Founded in 1983 in Charleston, Illinois, by 19-year-old Jimmy John Liautaud, Jimmy John's began as a budget-friendly sandwich shop near Eastern Illinois University. Known for "freaky fast" service,4-hour fresh bread, and in-house sliced meats, the chain grew rapidly, expanding through franchising in 1994 and selling to Roark Capital in 2016 before joining Inspire Brands in 2019
