Overview
We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking an excellent Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team!
We truly enjoy coming to work each day and take great pride in caring for our patients. Our positive, supportive, and healthy team atmosphere is extremely important to us. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term, permanent position and values building meaningful relationships with patients.
We are a high-end practice equipped with the latest technology, modern equipment, and recommended PPE protocols to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Friday’s end at 2:00 PM
- Some days may require an earlier start time
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active California RDA License
- Proficiency with dental software, digital charting, and treatment planning
- Ability to take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Experience with iTero scanning preferred
- Strong chairside assisting skills for restorative and general dental procedures
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Ability to stay efficient and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
License/Certification:
- Registered Dental Assistant (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality chairside assisting for restorative and general dental procedures
- Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning
- Perform daily clinical flow tasks, including taking high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and iTero scans
- Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and PPE protocols
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: 30-32
- Additional Pay: Team Bonus System

Located in Carmel, Ca, our high-end, privately owned practice focuses on General. We are a collaborative team of 2 Dentists, 2 Hygienists, 3 Assistants dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, modern environment.
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
