We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer or General Contractor
The jobs involves
1. Reframing - Balcony Columns and part of the existing structure
3. Plaster / Stucco work
4. Installation of waterproofing / underlayment and metal drip edge
5. Installation of new tiles
6. Installation of new plaster
Responsibilities
- Reliable with a professional attitude and willing to show up on time daily.
Requirements
* Own Transportation
* Own tools
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
