Warehouse Loss Prevention Specialist – Houston, TX 77064

Effex Management Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Loss Prevention Specialist in Houston to help protect inventory and assets through smart audits and sharp investigative work. If you love digging into the details and solving problems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
- Investigate discrepancies, shrinkage, and potential theft
- Authorize and monitor inbound/outbound material movement
- Review CCTV footage related to warehouse incidents
- Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures
- Partner with management on process improvements to reduce loss
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, inventory control, auditing, or warehouse security
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Experience reviewing and interpreting CCTV footage
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felonies) and pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems (WMS)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large distribution center or warehouse environment
- Loss Prevention or Asset Protection certification (LPC, CPP)
- Forklift experience or material handling knowledge
