Full-Time Content Creation & Operations Assistant

About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, energetic, and highly motivated full-time assistant to become an integral part of our growing social media business. This is not your typical assistant position—every day is different, and you’ll play a key role in content creation, product demonstrations, business operations, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities
● Assist with creating engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
● Film videos and have a creative eye for camera angles, lighting, and storytelling.
● Appear on camera for product demonstrations, skits, livestreams, and other video content when needed.
● Assemble products for TikTok Shop and prepare them for demonstrations.
● Help manage and organize inventory, filming equipment, and workspace.
● Run daily business and personal errands.
● Contact companies by phone and email regarding products, partnerships, and business inquiries.
● Assist with household and office-related tasks to help keep daily operations running efficiently.
● Brainstorm content ideas and stay up to date with social media trends.
● Help with livestream preparation and production.
● Perform other daily tasks as needed—flexibility is a must.
Qualifications
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
● Comfortable speaking on camera with a confident, engaging personality.
● Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant supervision.
● Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
● Comfortable lifting, assembling, and moving products when necessary.
● Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, or other social media platforms is a plus.
● Experience with photography, videography, editing, or content creation is a plus but not required.
